To me it gives off two guys in Seattle making sausage. I don't pick up the reindeer part but none the less I'm a sucker for the little people doing it their way. 9 times over 10 I choose the small business owner over chain with food

Yeah, but our competition is other food trucks who are mostly local people doing their own thing so it's mostly about letting people know we're not just a hot dog cart and actually have things like reindeer meat and beer brats.

Does the reindeer sausage taste notably different from similar sausages made with different meats? I had venison sausage one time that tasted basically like ... sausage.
