That's too many!!

actually during harvest season I make it with just two. I get like four pounds of fresh tomatoes (sic) from the local farm, cut them up into a bowl, and salt them. Let them sit for about an hour, and YUM!

Can you even get decent fresh mozzarella at a supermarket?

Not sure about the mozzarella but Wegmans has a great cheese selection in general
