There appeared to be a lot more wrong with HP than just Fiorina, too.
She also appears to have an LLC that does nothing as well as a ficticious foundation. Not sure what that's about.
She'll get 1%.
Perkins is of Kleiner Perkins - an investor, kind of a nut, but not ever an HP executive. Fiorina was actually replaced by a very capable executive, Mark Hurd*, who had begun cleaning up her titanic mess, but who had a wandering dick problem.
Fiorina has been a horrible executive, and is a horrible person. Mitt is a candidate for sainthood by comparison. She's in this for herself and herself only, as she always has been about everything.
*HP's CFO ran the place 4 6 weeks before Hurd was brought in
So Perkins was merely a board member, then. I misread, I guess.
