i worked at a wedding cake bakery for about three weeks. it was owned by this very strict christian lady who was very mean to me. she brought me to her office to make me feel bad about myself and then i just quit. i finished out the day though which was weird.

she accused me of lying about my hours, which wasnt true. she insulted me about how quickly i was picking up the tasks and all that.

after i quit, in basically the next breath, she asked if i knew how she could go about posting now hiring flyers on my school's campus.

I used to work at a bridal shop. My job was to make the favors and make sure they were delivered on time to the church or reception hall.

Of course, I was 15. It was my favorite job. When we had nothing to do, we would hide under the wedding dresses on the mannequins and do naughty things.

Well, probably, but...there some interesting stuff happening. First, Thursday is the last day of the legislative session, so the clock is ticking. Gov. Hutchinson and others are trying to get an amendment added that would say the bill is not about discrimination, including sexual orientation. Which it seems to me provides an interesting sort of unintended consequence that would in fact possibly explicitly provide LGBT people more legal protection than they currently have.

Everyone has been saying that no deal is preferable to a bad deal, and it seems like a bad deal is the only thing Iran is willing to accept. So hopefully we don't accede to that. If the various leaks are inaccurate, and they can do better, then that would also be good.
