Picked up my car after being inspected and having an oil change this afternoon. Noticed what seemed like excessive engine/exhaust noise... stopped and propped up the hood, and saw that the oil cap was missing. Fortunately it was right there on the little ledge with the wipers but WTF

That happened to my brother's car one time, and when he opened the hood, the mechanic's wrench was in there
