What kind of bike helmet should I get? I've been riding around with no helmet, but I figure I should probably get one so I don't like die or something.

Was looking at this one: V-Share Adult Ajustable Bike helmet by Schwinn http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0017RAMCQ/ref ... 7tb1JXVRHR

Will this stop me from dying?

let me know what you decide. my friend is constantly on me about my no helmet rides, but ive noticed its predominantly a summer thing with more activity on the road by way of bikers, runners, and cars. all the hardcore bike enthusiasts in fall and winter dont wear a stinkin helmet.. buttt I shouls probably at least OWN one, even if I dont wear it more than a few times a year

I'd like to formally rescind my derision of the ice bucket challenge. I thought it was another one of those facebook bra color things that does nothing but this is doing a lot of good.

Anyhow, Fox 29 did a story about the new trend of "pot tourism" in Denver. And the couple they chose to follow was from.....Seattle??

In fairness, pretty much nobody buys legal weed here still. The legal side of things got completely botched by the WA tobacco and alcohol board. I posted about it in the 420 thread. I'll try to find the link when I'm near a computer.

The store in Seattle proper is constantly out of stock. Drove by two weeks ago on the day they were getting a shipment, the line wrapped around the store. The Subway next door is probably killing it lately.

It's ridiculous. I hear prices are over double what I currently pay.

The NY Times has expanded on the state population data thing they did the other day a bunch of you were nerding about.
