i just feel completely useless when i wake up from it. i might take it too late at night. but i feel drowsy for a good two hours after waking up.

friend is in a coma and I'm about to have a nervous breakdown. I'm am extremely stressed. my heart rate is super fast. I feel like I'm going to flip out.

I took it last night and feel great today.

It usually takes an hour to really kick in for me. I take it 60-90 minutes before I plan to go to bed, allowing for 8 hours of sleep. So essentially, I take it 9-10 hours before I plan to wake up.

Dude that's awful. Was it from illness or trauma? Either way, hoping for the best!

As someone who took sleeping pills/nyquil at least once a week for years, I can confirm this is the best way to go about it. Oddly enough, whenever I stayed up past like 2-2.5 hours on it, it became very hard to fall asleep. I would kinda just get into a hazy awake state and lie in bed like that all night.
