I really should be one of those people that changes them at Daylight Savings time or something, I know. Instead I really wanted to take a nap this afternoon but instead I'm staring at detectors for the longest minute in the world waiting for them to beep or not beep, dammit, so I can move on. If it helps, I ended up changing the batteries in one extra by mistake.

putting together a bookshelf for my gf while she's at work. she doesn't have any power tools and said she needed one to put the back on. figured i'd show what a man i am and hand screw the 29 holes (/pip). stood it up, sat down to watch tv, looked over and realized it's on backwards. smh.

i gotta be out of this house by april 1. i have no place to live on april 1. going to be a fun week of anxiety-fueled sleeplessness.

thought me and 2 friends had this awesome 3 bedroom house, but the people renting it out decided to add a bunch of stuff to the lease we didn't agree about when we talked in person. i don't think they trusted us from the start, but it sucks that we had an agreement and it was all settled and now here were are scrambling with 1 week to find a place.
