Whelp, we got it sorted out and went back to the house in Landenberg and knocked the offer down again and they took it. I'm moving to Pennsylvania! I'm so excite. Love this house, end if a cul de sac, nothing but trees and farmland behind us, can't even see the neighbors house from the back yard.

I was playing the Sims last weekend to blow off some work stress and realized I spent about 2 hours just fiddling around designing their house.
