same fuse has blown out in my car about two weeks apart. I can't have the heat on and use windshield wiper fluid at the same time. The fuse mostly controls HVAC stuff but for some reason also controls the windshield wiper selector...so when it blows out I can't use my wipers.

I guess there might be a risk of a car fire, but why not just try to replace the fuse with one rated more highly? Other than safety, is there a reason you can't do that?

that's more what I'm worried about. I'm due for an oil change so I might just ask them to look at that as well. Kinda terrified about what the cost might be tho
