I've gotta go to Minneapolis this week for work, the one day I'm going to be there the high is going be 5*.

kind of miss the super cold sometimes. the air is just so still. had a week where it didn't get above 0 in grand forks the one winter i spent there.

I think I read once about Minneapolis having extensive above ground passageways throughout downtown so people don't have to go outside during winter

Sounds worse than Moscow. Though to be fair, I was in Moscow in mid/late March. It got above freezing one afternoon.

Yup, I think they are called skyways. Unfortunately, we at not meeting down town, well be in an office park right outside the city. Low is gonna be -13 I don't think I've ever experienced -13. Looking forward to it. Last summer I went to Texas and it was 110. I think my employers try to find the coldest/hottest place in the country and send me there.

coldest i got to experience was -38. i went outside in shorts and took a picture to freak my parents out.

I accidentally sat next to this guy at the bar who just got out of county after doing three months. In the past fifteen minutes he threw down ten dollars for me to buy drinks. I am starting to become mildly concerned about the situation.

My (French) step dad was unemployed during that whole freedom fries/toast thing. People refused to take his application. He started introducing himself as Jim(real name Gilles) to people or else he just got endless shit.
