He clearly thought it was a whimsical sentence that just sounded great and he had to include it even if it made no sense. I mean, what does that even mean? That if you can't have a museum that rivals one in New York, there is no point in having one at all? I'm just totally lost.

That being said, the museum itself is decent museum with some exclusive collections. And if you are in the area, I meekly suggest a visit. As I am in the museum profession myself, and I can say there are good and bad things about this museum.
The Bad:
1. Its outrageously high price for admission (which lasts for two consecutive days).
2. The location of the museum. It is not in the center of town or other attractions, or many different public transportation stops.
3. The idea of a shuttle to take you to another museum. In other words, I came all
this way to take a shuttle somewhere else?
4. Public transit to the museum is only one bus every 15-30 mins or so which runs down one street in Philadelphia's main area. One must decide if they are only going to go the museum and not explore Philadelphia's more bustling locations.
5.The size of the museum--a tad on the smaller side.
6. In the summer it is rather hot inside. A surprise to me, as it was mostly empty.
The Good:
1.Free coat-check.
2. Complimentary shuttle to its sister museum--if you are going to another museum I guess this might be appealing.
3. Its liberal photography and video policy. If there is one thing I envy about The Philadelphia Museum of Art is its video policy. It's more in line with the 21st century than that of The Met, The Moma, or The Guggenheim.
3. Free Wifi
It is the auspicious start of the museum and its history which is responsible for its reputation. And yet, it has done nothing of late--which is why I am torn in exactly how many stars to award it. For those who do not know, the museum attracted the best talent in the profession--those from The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York--my home. And it built relations with artists and a collection as if it were New York.
And yet, despite all the lavish heaps of praise the museum is worthy of, I cannot allow myself to give this museum five stars. It may be a five-star establishment for those who have never been to a museum, or for the Philadelphia arts scene, of which I am ignorant of, however in the grand scheme of things so many museums do it better.
Hence, I award The Philadelphia Museum of Art a hearty three-stars.

It's Apple's Flagship store.
That should be enough to tell you it's going to be crowded. It's the Mecca of Apple fan-boys everywhere. That's like complaining the Walgreen's in Times Square is crowded.
Being that as it may, the service is fast, the workers are knowledgeable, and the stock items are thorough. If I wanted less crowd I'd live in Jersey. And if I wanted less price and less glitz I'd use a PC (which I do). And If I wanted to avoid Apple's architectural masterpiece I would order online.
The workers are always in a good mood. It's always clean. And that alone (given the amount of people they service) is worth 5-stars!
Here's a video of my latest visit to the store:
