was in the parking lot of bottom dollar foods when I see a shopping cart rolling down the parking lot....LOADED WITH FOOD. Just watched it pick up speed for about 15 seconds with nobody in sight. It's headed towards the traffic lane when some thoughtful chap skids to a stop, leaps out of his vehicle, and corrals the errant vessel. About the same time the car stopped, a dude WITH HIS CELLPHONE STILL PINNED TO HIS EAR hobbles across the parking lot after the cart (you can't really run while holding your hand on your head).

Yeah, it's been 2 years. I'm happy to see them just wish they'd planned to fly in a few days later.

my dad posted a picture of strawberries he bought from an amish guy on FB and claimed they were picked fresh out of his garden. It was literally the funniest post I have seen in a while for more than one reason. He was trying to be funny but people bought it.

Well, I *think* it's MST3K. I know Joel had this cinematic titanic thing going which was the same concept of MST3K without the characters. But this poster really makes it seem like it will be the Mystie characters. Hmmm....

my sister tells me there were gunshots

at one point tonight, there were over $700 worth of fireworks in our house tonight. had 10 people lighting mortar shells at once in the park behind my place. all the neighbors were out on their decks cheering us on. pretty great 4th.
