This book is described as "like being lowered by a frozen rope into the mind of tomorrow."

Damn, that must be a good book.

I'm not going near the politics thread, but is Carlos Danger the new Ron Mexico? Also, I will be seriously disappointed with the electorate in NYC if Carlos Danger does not receive at least 1% of the votes.

To get into the Mind of Tomorrow, dummy. You think you can do that with a regular rope?

A good bungee cord would do it.

I think the best part of that is everyone turning and looking except the one Apple guy in the middle who just continues doing what he's doing completely unfazed.

Took Lil' Vulture and my nephew to Great Adventure today. Was on line for Green Lantern when it got stuck. Glad that wasn't me on top of that hill. Otherwise, threat of rain+Tuesday+muggy conditions kept crowds to a minimum. Pretty much walked straight onto Kingda Ka, El Toro, and Nitro among others. El Toro was the favorite. Don't know why Superman had such a long line compared to the others. Log Flume also had a longish wait.

Pretty exhausted now.

The Nifty Fifty's in the northeast had a sign out front welcoming Bensalem customers. Seemed a tad tacky.
