Look man, you are gonna do what you want, but you've had 3 parents that have had kids recently telling you that it is stressful to get a ton of visitors in the hospital. Do what you want with that info, but I'm telling you, it was much more relaxed and pleasant when we got visitors at home a few days later. Lots of time labor goes into the middle of the night or for like 12+ hours with frightening shit going on. With both of our kids we had potentially life threatening issues that came up. It's not uncommon, it's physically draining on the woman and baby and it is emotionally draining on the father.

i dont feel like tgat at all. But we are talking about beng in the hospital for less than 48 hours after the baby is born. when lots of people want to come, it sucks.

As a pastor, I visit people in the hospital all the time, but when it's a kid being born, I wait until they are home unless there is an extended stay. It's just too busy/stressful/etc. and I ain't adding to that shit.

Cousin Bob is still on a ventilator at Delaware Memorial. apparently he's had his eyes open, and they don't think there's bran damaged, but they are keeping him partially sedated cause otherwise he starts ripping things out.
