they sell an interstate battery which was top of the consumer reports list for batteries. at least they did a few years back when i got one there.

I've got walmart batteries in both of my cars. No complaints. The one in my wife's car was registering low cold crank amps per our mechanic, and it was under warranty still, so i took it to walmart and they replaced it with no question really.

good to hear. i always take advantages of warranties anyway, will probably do so with this in 2 years. i'll pick one up today and I think I can save on the core charge by dumping my old one on them.

i'm a brand new car advocate. then keep it forever. constant disagreement with the wife. my 13 year old "new" car has now lived beside 4 of her used "all the value is lost in the first two years" cars.
