Jury duty= not that bad. Change things up a bit and you can go to the Reading Terminal every day.

I've never been called for jury duty, at least not that I know of. Maybe because I've moved around a lot and they've lost track of me? I think I'm still registered to vote in three different states. Do the old registrations go away when you register in a new state? I don't think so, because when I moved back to PA and went to re-register they still had me as being registered from when I first turned 18 at was living with my parents. I know the USPS mail forwarding stops after a year so maybe they've been sending the summons to an old address.

I got called for jury duty when I was I was 17. I really wanted to go but I was in high school so they wouldn't let me serve. I got called a few more times, but never even came close to getting in a trial.

Did grand jury for a month in DC back in February. Heard THE most fucked up shit.

Tooth I had a root canal in a few years ago broke apart in my mouth yesterday. Got this little part just jutting up now wiggling. Wish I could just yank it.

Many years ago, my dad served on a fed jury for a murder trial. He thought it was awesome.

I've spent a grand total of half a day in a courthouse for jury duty. The week I got called, it was the week before Labor Day and there were no cases except one left over from the previous week.

The other times I've been tabbed, either I haven't had to come in at all, or I've been picked to serve in a county where I don't live anymore. I lived in Warren County for five years and never got tabbed. Within a month after moving to Camden County, I got a notice for Warren County.

I keep having dreams involving co-workers opening a stall while I'm taking a shit at work.

Did jury duty last year, didn't get picked for the first trial, thought I was home free then got called back to the courtrooms a second time around 3:30 and got picked for a jury the next day. Here in Bucks it's $9 + .17/mile, so it ended up being like $17.50 per day
