It's basically an open-source program that's similar to Photoshop.

I haven't done a headswap in awhile... Think my favorite was one I did on another board a year or two ago where we were mocking a guy for being short. So I shopped his face onto a "naked" midget strutting around with his junk covered by a smiling shopvac. Best part is his boss is on the board too, and he printed it out and put it up a few places around the precinct (they're cops). He's still getting shit about it to this day :D
