Word. Could be heart issues, or a family member (but they probably shouldnt use the tag), or a physical ailment that is not visible (especially when bundled up in winter, say). It's not just for the wheelchair handicapped.

General rules of thumb for. Family member is to use it when having the person with you or goingto pick them up.

IMO they should issue temp handicap tags to pregnant women. My wife's first pregnancy was pretty rough on her, she was on bed rest and stuff, would have been useful for hospital trips etc. rather than making her park in the garage and walk all the way down to the office.

Also, makes me angry when I see someone with a handicap tag park in a non handicapped space. You got the tag bro, use it. Leave the common spaces to us peasants who are left fighting for spots.

My dad had a handicapped tag and when I borrowed his car there was no way in hell I would have parked in a handicapped spot unless he was in the vehicle.

Should have wrote "it makes me irrationally angry..." I'm sure most of the time people have a good reason and even if they don't who am I to say where someone parks.

One more note on handicapped tags etc. my friends wife, who is an awful person, has her dead grandmothers handicapped tag and uses it all the time there's nothing wrong with her except for the fact that she's fat and obnoxious.
