We at Exodus haven’t spoken to any public policy issues for almost three years now and I won’t be talking about marriage in this post. The point I want to emphasize is that any company (Christian or otherwise) has their own right to support what they want to support and guide their company in a manner befitting their values.
That said, people can choose where to spend their money. If gay folks want to boycott … not that they need my permission but while I don’t agree … ok. We live in a great country with freedom of speech, freedom of religious conscience and a free market society. That said, it’s ironic to me how the increasing number of boycotts based in pro-gay identity politics resembles the culture war tactics of the far right.
