i'm one to live on the edge a little bit and on more than one occasion i like to do or say something purely for shock value... but that dr. smooth avatar clearly crossed the line into creepiness, even for me.

so my internet has been out since Monday will probably be out until next Friday. I haven't really missed it much and am thinking of cancelling. I tend to put off reading books and magazines too much because it's so easy to sit in front of the computer but then once I start, I realize how much I prefer it to browsing tumblrs or web magazines. I think BSG is all I'll really miss (and I'll still read it at work). I'll still have my phone for looking things up when necessary. I'll probably get Netflix discs and start watching interesting movies again. the one big drawback is that I'll have to stay late at work to do my job applications and that is far from ideal for me.

next week should be a nice test run.

this is something i use on occasion and i didn't have to jailbreak my phone to use it. just check your data plan with your wireless carrier and monitor your usage. it has helped me out as a temporary connection more than once.

That could be a good idea, would hold me over when I need to apps and things (I do that kind of work best from 11-2 am). I have an unlimited data plan with Sprint, will they notice if I'm doing desktop level amounts of surfing?

Mine did the same and I pretty much have taken the word get out of formal written usage. Then again, I know I sound pretentious a lot of the time, so no difference for me.

yea that's exactly where I used to work...800 township line road yardley PA. Then the office moved to Plymouth Meeting...now the new company is moving us back

sprint doesn't care... they don't want you to cancel. i routinely use about 5-7 gigs a month and one month about 13 without a problem.
