If you don't know what he means by pilonidal, don't look it up. I've had to deal with one as well and it's horribibble.

i am on turn 17 and 19 with others, but they tend to pick the easy ones. only thing that sucks about the game is the repetition. it's great to see a non-zynga company get an app to jump up there, though i guess zynga might buy them out now.
