Speaking of bacon, got some thick cut, non-curred, apple wood smoked bacon at trader joes. Fucking incredible. Takes a little longer to cook, but worth it. Bacongasm.

Keys to a good Mollie:

Use a good thickener -- packing peanuts are good (or whopper containers -- they're good plus you get whoppers).
