Placement of toilet paper dispensers in hotel bathrooms is a real issue in this country. They're always off to the side and 4 feet away from the can, and require double jointed shoulders to reach them. I'd like to see our candidates' stances on this matter.

I think we need open debate on all shit paper-related issues, such as wiping while seated or standing?

Run by Catholics... The church does not recognize gay marriage. I don't know why they thought a Catholic institution would endorse their relationship.

standing?

Not one to conserve the usage of tp, but I found that standing is quite inefficient with regard to wiping. However, I avoid the public bathrooms regarding the deuce at all costs... But when I do I prefer to stand.

Do not underestimate the tastiness of the sewer rat. There was one chinese place on the whitehall/allentown border that got busted for serving rat around ten years ago. the board of health of course closed the place down immediately but my dad's friend summed it up best. "if they could make rat taste that well, just imagine what they could do with chicken."

Srsly... They metabolize differently. Sugar (sucrose) is equal parts fructose and glucose, and each molecule of fructose and glucose are bound together (therefore requiring an additional metabolic "step" before the body can do anything with it). HFCS has a higher percentage of fructose than glucose (thus the "high" in "high fructose corn syrup"), and the fructose molecules in HFCS are unbound (gets immediately absorbed without that additional metabolic "step"). Fructose mostly metabolizes to fat, glucose to energy with the excess stored as glycogen (a carbohydrate that converts back to glucose when needed).

Funny thing is, when they make HFCS, the syrup from the corn starch is almost all glucose. They throw in enzymes and stuff to turn much of the glucose into fructose because fructose is more water soluable (easer to use in making soft drinks, processed foods, etc.).

Awhile ago, I thought about starting a poll thread about the the great over/under TP debate. Perhaps calling it "how's it hanging" or "how do you roll". But such a passionate and divisive issue would likely lead to an ugly civil war. Also, the bidet frou-frous and pine cone manly mens might feel ostracized. So I resisted.
