My parents, siblings and I are currently Occupying her lovely beach house and drinking her booze while she's out visiting one of my dad's 8 living siblings for T-giving weekend so I probably shouldn't complain too much.

friend of mine mentioned hanging with her grandfathers today and I got insanely jealous of the prospect of being able to smoke and drink with my Irish grandparents. Maybe I should get cracking on knocking up a chick so my kid gets to do that.

Kind of hate drinking with my parents. My dad becomes a total "I WATCH THE GAMES" guy.

Whenever Hoosiers is on, I have to watch.

Don't know whether this is embarrassing or awesome, but the only grandparent that lived to see me 21 took me to AC, gave me $200 and told me not to worry about anything that happened that day/night for my 21st*. Was both a weird and great night. I ended up winning $200 and got drunk on tips I deducted from the tips.

* This wasn't actually on my 21st, but the 1st time I came home from college when I was 21.

When asking my 13yr old nephew if he could assist me by recording something on the DVR, I asked him to "Get the powerpack" to which he said, "whah? you mean the remote" i chuckled said, "yeah." then he said, "can you just call it a remote because I don't "speak old" ..

chick just called me to ask me if i wanted to have babies. then when she almost got got into an accident she said 'oh no i wouldnt have been able to have babies with you.'
