Why'd you leave anyway? I just interviewed with a wealth management group, where I would be doing a little bit accounting and financing for theIR richass clients. The drawback there is that everyone works around 60 hours a week.

I wanted to get my life back, start coaching again, volunteer more, etc. this job will be a nice transition into sports, will allow to get back on track.

Would you get paid overtime?

No idea. It was just a job interview, and it seemed like they were looking at other qualified candidates as well, so I may not get it. Wouldn't be too much of a worry for me if I didn't get it. I don't think I could handle working on Saturdays very well. I have another interview with Tastykake upcoming. I'm assuming that would be a normal 9-5 job.

You know, I think everyone needs to at least try the greater than 40 hour a week thing. You can pare back when you're older and have kids or are just too damn tired, but you're not gonna make it anywhere good working just 40 hours a week. When you're young and without kids, you can still have a reasonably good social life while working 60 hours a week. And you've got bank to spend when you go out.

Kind of always looked at it the other way, that my life would be fucked with kids so if I knocked up a pro-life that's when I'd log the extra hours
