Yeah. They just gave us the drinks we already ordered for free. Turned out to be like 45 bucks off for 5 people.

took a normal poop about 30 minutes ago. came back to my cube and my stomach started to make some bad noises.

I dunno, Trent. I have Melograno clearly over VW, but is it a non-date place? I think the group, and especially jerz, would have eons more fun at VW.

Plus, you'd be foolish not to order at least one, if not two, antipasto rusticos for the table.

That's the genius of it. You can start drinking at VW and finish drinking at VW (although the markups on the whiskey are criminal). But the food at Melograno is so off the charts good (and close) that it's worth it. I really don't think of it as a date place; I've been there many teams with my wife but also with work groups, etc.

I'm not looking to do much drinking. Probably driving back to Jersey after dinner.
