I figured that was the likely outcome, i.e. NG on 1st degree but G on 2nd. It just boggles my mind that you convict her on FOUR counts of lying to law enforcement but believe the incredibly unbelievable drowning story. It is really going to be something when she is sentenced to time served on Thursday.
