Seriously just screwed over a guy trying to get the game, those guys (SEPTA) went full retard. Currently sitting at my stop, three trains have rolled by on the way out to norristown. Got here at 6:25pm for a 6:31pm train. No announcement the train was delayed, but yeah let everyone know the outbound train is late. I call septa to ask them why they continue to find new ways to suck, they said oh that train was cancelled. I mean that might be valuable information amirite? What a complete pile of steaming poop.

Their website has advisories for all cancellations and detours. Something you gotta learn the hard way a lot of the time.

I know...my beef isn't with the late train, they ended up cancelling the train and made no announcement. I had my phone and was looking everywhere on their website, couldn't find a thing. I know non-peak trains aren't as popular but at least make an effort to alert customers.

Yeah, that's wack. They're pretty bad with inclement weather. When there was all that snow two winters ago I was taking trains to commute to and from Market East, sometimes on night shift. I got out of work, got to the station in time for a 10:30 train, waited an hour for it to come. It came, they let everyone off, and told everyone waiting to continue waiting for the 11:30 train, which was a half hour late.

Guess it sucked at the time but I can't complain much. I got home, and the dudes working on that train probably had been dying to get home themselves after what was probably a hell of a day.

Like I knew that HillMD and EJ would be disagreeing about some stupid shit in the NBA playoffs thread, and I knew that JFLNYC had bumped a thread from a few months back to show how right he was about being a negative nelly about the offense.

On the one hand (no pun intended), you'd have the idiots thinking God cannot save them if they die while masturbating.
