No more than once a month and that's only if I call. If I didn't, I would easily go 3 months without talking to my parents - even though they live 40 minutes away.

I see my parents every week, two weeks at most. Probably talk to my mom on the phone about once a week aside from that. If my dad senses that I haven't he bitches me out for not talking to my mom enough, even though in some of those cases I'd just called her a day or two prior.

Seeing my parents is really beneficial because they generally make dinner for me and give me a few meals' worth of leftovers. It supports my drinking habits.
