I'm trying to be as annoying as possible. The officer who is supposed to be our main police contact did not call me back. I'm trying other numbers. I can't believe it is this difficult.

What exactly is the point of having an HOA if they apparently dont have the balls to get anything done?

I have no idea. They went to all of the trouble to draw up specific rules and accompanying fines that were tailored to her behavior. I reported incidents for several months before I realized that they had never fined her/him once.
They finally did it after I wrote them a threatening sounding email. But if he refused to pay, who the hell knows what will actually be done.

One of the problems is that the current president is an attorney for the city of Los Angeles but she has been living elsewhere while she recovers from surgery. The other board members are waiting for her to come back to deal with this.

1. who uses landlines?
2. it has snowed before. temple has gotten delays before where most likely he has received a phone call early in the morning. since schools were likely to be delayed one should assumer a phone call is likely.

I was just on hold with LAPD for awhile and they asked me my address and said I have to talk to the sheriff dept and transferred me to them and I was on hold for another long time when I talked to someone finally they said I need to talk to LAPD.

No one seems to care about my problem. Prostitution legal?

call the doc back and tell them it's for "fracture care". Not sure if it's a universal "code", but I remember when I expressed my frustration to my then-doc about having to wait a couple weeks for an appt when I had torn knee ligaments. He said "oh, you should have just said it was for fracture care and they would schedule you right away".
