my brother was walking in downtown west chester last night at like 1 am. one of his friends got jumped. 2 guys 1 girl hit him in the head with a shovel. knocked him out cold. 64 stitches and being watched in ICU. the people who did it got caught right as they tried to flee in their cars. a cop was like a block away. you can pray for the kid in the hospital, he apparently is pretty messed up.
my brother didnt really know what was happening. his friend was behind him and he turned around just in time to see him get hit in the head. the 3 people ran off. he instantly called 911 and held his other friend back who was going to chase after him. which was a good idea bc they ran away with the shovel and probably would have beaten him up as well. a cop car was driving down the street so they waved him down and he called in back up. the cop found the people as they were getting in their car to leave the scene.
I'm not being flip about this Calvin but a shovel attack seems very weird. You need to find out what was up with these attackers. Sounds like they were tweaking some bad stuff.
This is a pretty ugly story. Let us know how the kid in the hospital makes out.
Teams lie, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for bad. They do it to get an advantage while they look at the trade market or just because they can
they did get arrested. no idea on the motive. my brother had never seen them before but was able to identify them when the cops arrested them. he said that they let all of them go except the guy who swung the shovel. i dont really understand how that is possible.
Something similar happened to my cousin. He was just finishing up on a construction site, was putting his tools away in his truck and he got jumped by five guys. I forget what weapons they had, but they broke his jaw and it was wired shut for a while. Unfortunately, these guys were never caught and my cousin lost everything in his wallet as well as having to pay for the hospital visits and procedures.
