I just made some awesome guacamole. It's amazing how easy it was. I thought there was a long peeling process or some crap, but that stuff just slid right out of the skin once I cut it open.

Peeling an avocado is really easy.

1) Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
2) Take the knife and stick it in the core, turn and remove the pit.
3) Take a spoon and work it around the edge until the meat falls right out of the shell.
4) Repeat with other half.
