Peeling an avocado is really easy.
1) Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
2) Take the knife and stick it in the core, turn and remove the pit.
3) Take a spoon and work it around the edge until the meat falls right out of the shell.
4) Repeat with other half.
or cut in half, pop the pit, add your flavorings (sour cream, peppers, etc) right in there, eat with a spoon
