So I recently got into falafel and have been eating it at least once a week at Mama's Vegetarian but I can't figure out how to do it without looking like a slob.

Weird. I can see that it is red now on my work computer but at home it looked bright red. Guess I have to change some settings.

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright
Sun-Shiny day.

I think I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared
Here is the rainbow I've been prayin for
It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright
Sun-Shiny day.

Look all around, there's nothin but blue skies
Look straight ahead, nothin but blue skies

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright
Sun-Shiny day.

I refuse to pick the Phillies in ESPN’s Streak for the Cash because, when I pick a team, 99% of the time, it’s the kiss of death regardless of the odds.

I think TD is the one who should be saying oops here. If you don't have fun in college, you've passed up one of great experiences America has to offer.

It doesn't have to be drunken debauchery by the way (though it certainly can) but there are so many opportunities to have great experiences.

That being said, I suspect all of us if we got to go back to college again would do things differently. For myself, spending most of college in a long term relationship was in retrospect stupid.

Where is this surely scintillating debate taking place? What is Joboggi saying, and how does he know anything about NJ politics?

I must know.

that's what i meant. it damn well should be the peak of your life, or at least your "youth". your freedom:responsibility ratio will never be higher

I saw that. And schillingfan attempting to join in. I find it almost impossible to go to that board anymore. I don't know why they haven't renamed it to "The Democratic, Stick Up Most of Our Asses, We're Smarter Than You, PhilliesPhans."

My final straw with that board came when I had a post removed/moderated because I had the audacity to call out schillingfan after he/she attempted to bait another poster by making a snide comment.

So looking forward to this afternoon. May make the kids take naps when VoxJr gets home. Stocked up on tastykakes, frozen pizza and other junk food.

Rented the kids a movie for when the game is over.

If you were to have guessed "Another thread about whether you'd prefer the Phillies or Yankees win the World Series" as the answer to the question "What thread started today in the baseball forum on Mets Refugees has the most replies?" you would have been right. For like the 75th straight day.

Can't wish Big Ed happy birthday now in the birfday fred. Would seem forced. Must do it casually in the game thread when Phillies do something good.
