We made him cry. Then on the way out we all got arrested for being too loud. It was a really bizarre dream.

I really only have 1 thing that I consider a deal-breaker and that is if it doesn't contain a potential man-cave/sports bar (a finished basement or extra family room in a split level), it immediately gets scratched off of the list.
After making chop-suey of the list it probably took her hours to come up with in a matter of 15 minutes, she played the "Fine then, you do it" card. It took me seriously like 2 minutes and found everything that I was looking for... pretty much the sports bar and a pool (this one has a heated pool, too)... and everything she was looking for as far as the kitchen, amount of bedrooms, and hard wood floors- ($#@! like that) AND in the exact area we are looking. Just to one-up her I even emailed her a second listing that I knew she would like but I only liked it because of the name of the street- Bong Terrace (seriously).
I'm really hoping the first house I found is "the one" because if she notices the address of the other one she's going to smack me in the nuts for wasting everybody's time.

Yeah, I know what you mean. My parents don't even turn their Jacuzzi on until it gets really cold out.
I can only imagine heating the pool in May to start the summer a little earlier and in September to extend it a few weeks. Otherwise having a heated pool sort of defeats the purpose of what a pool is there for (aside from exercise). On those humid, 95 degree July afternoons, the last thing I want to do is jump into a warm pool.
