I'm watching on PBS, can't take the video-game aspect ... seriously, this is so close to that movie from the 70's... name escapes me...

She's actually winning in some weird way... she's blathering and saying nothing, and he's talking minutiae.... blech...

Yes, in that she isn't falling down in a ginormous puddle of her own drool--which was pretty much the bar she needed to clear.

I have trouble seeing how this changes the overall direction of the race, though.
