on another note, i'm not sure if i should be worried about my digestive system or my diet because i have to take a dump about a half hour after every meal i eat.
Supposed to go 3 X a day.

Most MDs will say twice a day.
Some people -- including many alternative therapists -- say we should move our bowels one to three times a day to remain healthy, but this opinion is not backed by scientific studies.
The frequency of bowel movements among normal, healthy people varies from three a day to three a week, and perfectly healthy people may fall outside both ends of this range.

Tornado warning means there's an actual tornado.

It's right around my neighborhood. Wife took baby down to the basement. I haven't seen or heard anything.

My hometown, Corvallis OR, by contrast, is 33 and 80, respectively.
No idea what the most moderate is, although I've heard San Diego's weather lauded. It's far more moderate, at 57 and 72.

The Puget Sound area is pretty moderate. Rarely real cold or hot. Doesn't snow much. No tornadoes or tropical storms. Some pretty bad wind sometimes -- knocks out power and trees fall down and such.
We do have earthquakes and of course some volcanoes -- Mt. Rainier may blow up someday.
But the weather is pretty mild.
San Diego is 72 and sunny every single day. No rain or snow or anything. I think they get gentle breezes. That's it.
