Thoughts that may or may not be random

You're missing the point, unsurprisingly. Any knob with a cookie cutter liberal arts degree can dissect Cary Grant films or the "classics" and talk about the same tired, boring theories about how "powerful" those movies are supposed to be. That stuff was probably interesting in 1964. But it takes someone with real talent and ambition to dissect an early 1990's TV show that most people didn't care about and find meaning and esoteric value.

How can you leave out that Verizon FIOS commercial? I was nearly moved to tears the first time I saw it.

That show was full of em. Maggie Seaver, Julie the blonde housekeeper, Kate, the chick Kirk Cameron eventually married. All hot. No wonder Mike's friend was named Boner.

This 90s sitcom gets me thinking--Patricia Heaton or Patricia Richardson?

Oh, wait. I just wikipediaed. I had no idea they were both soooo old. (Richardson is 57! Heaton is 50!)

Still and all....

I'm pretty old, and the oldest woman I ever dated was 2 years younger than Heaton. So, I'm thinking that's doable.

I barely drank last night and yet I'm still hungover at 7pm. This is a serious downside to my new found sobriety.

I think the wasp killer I used was a little stale, as the suckers seem to be still flying around. THe nest is gone though.

I hear ya. It also seems as if fewer and fewer people don't know how to use an apostrophe anymore. Example: "I really like to go to the casino's." I mean, I just can't respect the person who does this.
