it's a better than good time 9-29

Helms reminds me of Boone in 1980, who waited 160 games and 9 2/3 innings before he got a big hit that year. Hopefully Helms will do it a bit sooner!

Cause it's 1-0 and you don't want to shred your bullpen and it's the 2nd fracking inning.

Eaton give up more than 2 runs every 3 innings, all year long. I don't want to HAVE to score 7 to have a chance.

And a potty arm, unfortunately.

Howard's good for a 2-run shot later, and Utley, Burrell, and Rollins should all drive in 1. So, we're really winning 5-1. Just not yet.

the bullpen is rested. there's two regular season games left and maybe a one-game playoff. i see both sides, but i really think a corner-two-out situation where iguchi could come up and tie it up would be a good one.

In the second inning down one against MATT CHICO

Maybe in the 5th or even 4th - but it's the 2nd - and it's the nats...the nats aren't good

And Eaton is worse. Charlie has been too slow to yank Eaton on a number of occasions this year. Today would be a bad day for it to happen again.

I wonder if Adam Eaton cranks off in big piles of cash in a mansion somewhere during off-days
