Yeah, like we could've used a closer last year...glad we went with Gordon instead.

Think long term dood. We weren't even supposed to compete until next year.

At some point the Met's have to gut that roster. Half that team is over 35.

If we had Wagner as closer and Myers in the rotation this year, we probably would have clinched the division last week. As for long term, we're still saddled with Gordon's crappy contract next year.

I wonder what the contract status is for the some of the guys in the Nat's bullpen. They seem like they have some talent, although pitching in RFK can't hurt.

Yeah, Wagner's a dick, and sure, he might blow a high profile game or two a year, but his ERA is still under 2.5.

I tend to ignore him, or work to forget whatever he says with large quantities of Taco Bell.

And he's still 5x more valuable than Nunez.

Nice of the Dodgers to put out the B team tonight

No Kent
No Furcal
No Martin
No Kemp

Rockies up 2-0

Game Over
I know what you're asking yourself and the answer is yes. I have a nick name for my penis. Its called the Octagon, but I also nick named my testes - my left one is James Westfall and my right one is Doctor Kenneth Noisewater.

That's horrible. If it were the Yankees playoff spot at risk, the commissioner would step in.

Amen. Nunez getting 250 AB definitely cost us 2 wins. Not good.
