Cleveland is up 12-2 over seattle after 6 innings. They have the division clinched and their young pitcher (carmona) has thrown 90+ pitches. Instead of taking him out and letting him rest his young arm for the playoffs, they let him out there. He gives up HR, single, single, out, single. He's now at 106 pitches with 1 out and he's still out there. Why?
