I'm going to classify yesterday's game thread type as "Weird" rather than "Brief" as it did not mention the date or teams, which makes our "Weird" gamethread record 3-3.

After a weekend including the worst gamethread in the history of BSG (for Saturday's blowout loss), the Phils are at .500.

Meanwhile, our staff ace ColeforPresident is on pace for a 20-win season with a 6-2 record. BigEd improved to 2-0, while karn falls to 2-3.

Also, because it's important we have stats for such things that are "more meaningful" than wins, I thought I'd add some stuff.

PRPG - Phils runs per game
ORPG - Opponents runs per game

Our ace, ColeforPresident, has a PRPG of 5.75 and a ORPG of 3.375, very impressive. z ipper has the best PRPG at 6.5 and is tied with jemagee for the best ORPG at 2.

kenrosenthal and karn are tied for the worst ORPG of anyone with more than 1 thread at 7. kenny had a big lead before karn took on the Saturday game thread.

Can I suggest using the  symbol to denote zany west coast threads?
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

I think zip gave up on this thread

Another idea (if this thread is maintained): note the games where they blow a lead and lose. There's a lot of 'em already....

Are you suggesting we need to create a Wikipedia entry for BSG?

I will not be able to start a game again for a while. It would be just hilarious (pathetic?) if we had a "rotation" for GT.

should put the phils record in the title, and update it accordingly, so its always at the top of the page....

Went from 7-3 to 7-5 over these last two games...

I've learned to not start game threads on back to back days, that seems like a big time no-no. I am probably going to duck out of game threads for at least 5 or 6 games just to clear myself. BigEd should start tonight's because if anything it is a "must win" (zOMG in May) tonight.
