Are you expecting duke fans to root for unc?

I'm not expecting anything. I usually find myself rooting for the PA team or the Big 10 team, but I do know it's hard sometimes. I would root for a PA team over a Big 10 team though.

But I don't know if there's any holier than thou fanbase quite like the UNC basketball fanbase. So that's also part of it.

Henry Ellenson declared and will hire an agent, so he's one-and-done at Marquette

Is there anything that makes his situation different from Mudiay's last year? Mudiay graduated from HS in 2014, spent a year outside the country and was 19 at the time of the draft

Sounds like he'll be approved as a foreign entrant but otherwise same as Mudiay

Go EEM! That's a hell of a nice take if you win. Villanova won me a git but against Olahoma and I am doubling down with them in the title game. Big Nova fan for this.

Thon Maker situation is a sad joke.

Overseas?

I was watching some of them summer games a few years ago and I couldn't believe that he was considered the #1 recruit in the country. He didn't even looked like he knew how to play basketball.

i dont see the big deal. he's been in 'prep' schools, same as many of these other recruits, he's 19, he wants to get on with his career instead of go into the farce that is college basketball

who else here watched that game? with the caveat of having not seen any ncaa tournament games since 1998, that and the ncstate game against houston were the most awesome basketball games i ever saw.

nova taking down ewing and the braves-level incessant chanting and ridiculous "our ball" pointing of the hoyas and their fans with the most jaw-dropping display of whole-team outside shooting ever.
nc state taking out phi-slamma-jamma with a bizarre alley-oopS play at the end (and some pretty stunning outside shooting of their own).
breathtakingly awesome fun.

I watched the 1985 game with like a 100 degree fever and our usual pre-cable horrible TV reception. Will be there tonight in person! Though in that stadium, my view may make me yearn for the old rabbit ear TV antenna

For max BSG bucks lets get Nova winning both halves with a score ending in "6" and UNC having a score ending in "1".

That should help EEM, Ace, and me.
