Did you look at plans online, if not, how did you design it?

Father-in-law is a former shop teacher. I had the basic idea, he did the design, he told me what to do and I did it. It's not a wet bar, though.

Moral dilemma: If you have reason to suspect that a good friend and co-worker is about to be canned, do you warn him/her?

Depends on your position in the company and how much you have been 'told' and know or what you suspect...i had a similar problem recently as i knew the financial person was thinking of leaving (and was talked out of it) before she gave her final decision bosses brought me in trying to 'get info' from me about which way she might be leaning...i plead the fifth

Is there a good chance you'll stay friends afterwards? I would probably tell. I'll probably work for a few more companies before it's all over, but some of my friends can't be replaced. So, I have loyalty to them, and not the company that may do the same thing to me in another few months.

Citizens Bank's website changed their login process again.

Now you need your ATM card number, a picture, a catch phrase and a password to get in.

Is there anyway this friend can use the information to his or her advantage without doing serious harm to the company? That is, can they possibly salvage their position, take advantage of another offer, or in some other way does knowing this help them out? If so, you should tell them. On the other hand, if they use this information to sabotage the company (and by extension your own livelihood) then probably not.

Also, it depends on how you came by the info--if you were just sort of looking through the bosses desk and came across a memo, well, then, that's something different.

I got a message from my kids' principal today, warning that an alligator had been spotted in the pond behind the school. That doesn't happen every day.

I tried to scale it down so it would be believable, but still have some teeth.

Apparently, alligators are becoming more common here in S. Arkansas.Even so, it would probably be news if one showed up at school. Where do you live? I'm guessing it was a pet at one time.

This could be the premise for a great movie. If no one smokes, it wouldn't even need to be R-rated.
