diekman and defratus were 30 and 11 respectively. jon singleton was a 8th rounder. cameron rupp 3rd. fucker just ignored vance worley altogether.
i dont know. i think more likely the conclusion is it is really hard to draft good baseball players no matter the round and the phillies were particularly bad at it for a lot of recent years.
