Truth.

Yup.

For example, in 2014 Joc averaged a HR every 16.5 PA in AAA, but also hit 0 HR in 38 ML PA for a combined ratio of 17.9. He's currently sitting at 20.2, which is still phenomenal for a 23 year old. Combine that with a busy AS Break and him never having played more than 123 games in a season (currently at 102), and it's understandable why he'd slow from 15 PA/HR.

I didn't think that baseball was his game but that play says otherwise.

He's been mentioned as a candidate for president in Toronto too.

Not a good year for the Sawx

Boston = 48-60, 2nd-worst team in AL, 6th-worst team in MLB
Pawtucket = 44-67, worst team in IL
Portland = 41-70, worst team in EL
Salem = 15-25 (53-57 overall), 2nd-worst team in CarL

Pete Rose accused of statutory rapes

seems all about one accuser and possibly extremely untrue, but had to get the joke in there!

Cubs are benching Castro and moving Russell to his natural SS spot

Russell has 1.4 WARs. He's basically been mediocre to average. Castro's been flat out bad.

So I guess they don't have the best organization in baseball? The best minor league system in baseball?

Olney:

Since Tulowitzki trade, TOR's 1 to 4 hitters combined: 1.059 OPS, 14 HR, 39 RBI, all best in MLB. TOR has gained 4 1/2 games in standings

encarnacion has been hitting the crap out of the ball this week. By the way, he's available in our fantasy league.

Don't know where to post this, but the Yankees minor league affiliate in Staten Island had a "Blue Lives Matter" day on Sunday to support families of officers killed on duty. Sunday also marked the one year anniversary of the Michael Brown death. I'm sometimes amazed at the level of stupidity and tone deafness people exhibit.
Do you think April is too early for a Roger Dorn night?
