There was an Amaro quote yesterday where he started with "ahead of schedule" and ended with "nothing's changed." So I guess early June

re: Lannan. I forget where I heard/read (maybe a couple posts up, maybe somewhere else?) that Lannan was a little behind. Just got approval for long-tossing. Has to strengthen the knee tendons before he throws off the hill.

Yeah I don't know if he meant to, but Amaro made it sound like they were gonna get serious with his rehab now that Doc is out, like he had been marathoning LOST or something

Who is Amaros senior talent evaluator? The one that has the most sway when it comes to free agent acquisitions/trades? They should probably be fired too.

They need to get him some runs, though. He's given up 11 ER combined in his last 6 starts. Had that one awful game against KC and hasn't given up more than 3 ER in a game since.

Hard to win if you can't score. The future has gotten murky at best.

I really don't understand Amaros thought process in constructing the roster. One of our primary deficiencies last year was scoring runs, so Amaro goes out and gets Michael Young, Delmon Young, and Ben Revere.
