yea, so 9.5 back with 34 to play. we have to pass 5 teams. pittsburgh and arizona will be easy and should be done soon.

then we have to pass 2 of ATL, STL and LAD.

i mean if we get within 3 or 4 of ATL they are going to shit themselves. dodgers look stronger now. cardinals pitching is suspect.

we need to win like 8 of our next 10. maybe 9 of 10. if we do, the last 3 weeks will be interesting. we play the nats 6 times in the last 9 games. they're shutting down strasburg soon...

I thought we had 6 more with the Nats, but MLB.com is just showing three on the final homestand. Gotta figure the Nats will pack that one in if they've clinched.

Really, it's just this Braves/Reds trip that looks tough. Doc and Lee going in the former.
