Is there any specific way that interleague opponents are determined? Think I'm making a Cali trip in 2013 and would be thrilled if the Phillies played the A's. No real way to find that out though?

It used to go by division, but everything will change next year anyway with the Astros moving the the AL and Interleague being played every day.
